The terms “telework,” “telecommuting,” “remote working,” “e-work,” and “virtual work” can all be used interchangeably to describe working from home (Sullivan, 2003). It has been identified as a flexible work arrangement that enables employees to work from their residences or a remote location (Rahman & Zahir Uddin Arif, 2021).
