Built Design and Recommendations for Business Model Canvas of the UNSIKA Clinic requires good analysis so that in the future the clinic can successfully develop. This research was conducted using a qualitative method that aims to formulate the design and recommendations of strategies needed in the construction of the clinic through the Business Model Canvas (BMC). Abstract

Healthcare facilities are continuously growing, as well as clinic as basic healthcare Center. It is needed to optimize public health. The development of clinics is growing fast every year. Strategies are needed in the establishment of new clinics and also the existing one so the clinic will always grow in the future. One of the strategies in business development is called the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method, which is in the form of an in-depth analysis of 9 elements which include: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure.
