Pequenos consumidores no Turismo: Mudanças na dinâmica de viagens após a chegada de bebês e crianças

Abstract

Traveling is a practice that has been increasingly performed by human beings, as tourism has reached a prominent place in society. Oftentimes, the traveler needs to plan or even during the trip, due to the different characteristics of the place and people. However, when you put babies and children into this equation, the system tends to become even more complex. For this reason, this work was produced to investigate the possible adjustments caused by the presence of children on family trips. For this, exploratory research, and mixed methods approach (qualitative and quantitative) were used. Regarding data collection, an online questionnaire was applied. The results showed the profile of people who travel with their children, how their behavior changed with the arrival of children, which items are the most important for the process of planning a family trip, what were the difficulties encountered along the way and how they can be improved.
