Results: The stride length (SL) and the fastest walking speed within 10 m (10 mMWS) of the research group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The NIHSS, Barthel Index, Fugl-Meyer, SF-36, and other scores of the research group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Abstract
