Abstract

At Tsuruoka National College of Technology, it is estimated that the problem of lack of support system will become prominent in the future due to the movement to reduce the number of experimental and practical training hours in each department and the number of teaching staff nationwide due to the impact of curriculum and work style reforms. Therefore, we created an AI speaker that can automatically respond to questions and support procedures during experimental training, and introduced a BOT that can automatically respond to inquiries from students in real time and deliver information using LINE to solve the problem. In the questionnaire results after the use, many positive responses were obtained, confirming its high usefulness.
