Abstract

The main objective of the study is to determine factors affecting the job satisfaction of staff and lecturers at universities in Ho Chi Minh City. In order to achieve the research objectives, the author conducted direct interviews with 289 staff and lecturers at universities in Ho Chi Minh City through a prepared questionnaire.
