Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the total scores of self-direct learning and thinking abilities of the two groups of medical interns. After the experiment, the total scores of self-direct learning and thinking abilities of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). After the internship, the satisfaction and assessment scores of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Abstract

To study the self-direct learning methods in the development of self-direct learning ability of medical interns and analyze the influencing factors. 基于医学实习生自主学习能力培养的自主学习方法探索
目的:探讨自主学习方法在培养医学实习生自主学习能力中的作用,并分析其影响因素。本研究选取150名实习医师,分为对照组和实验组。传统模式下的实习生为对照组,实习小组轮转制下的实习生为实验组。每组有75名医学生。教师职称、学历、教学资格等一般数据差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实验前,两组医学实习生的自主学习和思维能力总分均无显著差异。实验结束后,实验组的自主学习和思维能力总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实习结束后,实验组实习生的满意度和评估得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。最后,在临床实习期间,要注意培养医学实习生的独立学习和思考能力,实践小组轮转制度的应用可以促进学生的独立学习和思考能力。
