For this, the Study Plan concludes the proposition of learning activities in the direction of co-creation and development, by students, of a project of a tourist circuit linked to Creative Tourism. Abstract

Taking into account the General National Curriculum Guidelines for the organization and operation of the Technology Courses and the National Catalog of Technology Courses (2016), this paper derived from research in Master course aims at proposing a unit study plan of the Cocktail Preparation discipline (this is, as a rule, part of the curriculum structure of Technology in Culinary courses).
