The new generation of knowledge-based employees has become the main force of Chinese private enterprise employees, and the stability of the new generation of knowledge-based employees directly affects the sustainable development of the enterprise. However, the turnover rate of employees in private enterprises is high, especially for knowledge-based employees who leave frequently, which affects the development of private enterprises.
