Abstract

In this Perspective, antimony selenide (Sb${}_{2}$Se${}_{3}$) is explored as a promising material for solar cells by considering key lessons learned from CdTe. Despite challenges, research and development efforts could make Sb${}_{2}$Se${}_{3}$ a competitive player in the solar energy industry.
