Arthralgia as an unwanted effect of ciprofloxacin usedin combination with other drugs – a case report

Abstract

The study discusses a case of a patient who developed joint pain after ciprofloxacin administration. The patient hada history of polypharmacy – the underlying cause of the described symptoms, which resulted from pharmacokineticinteractions and additive adverse effects.
