Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identify the sources of work-family conflict among Iranian women entrepreneurs and bridge the academic gap in this area. In this regard, the paper tries to employ opportunity- and necessity-driven entrepreneurship theory. The qualitative approach was used through conducting 15 in-depth interviews with Iranian women entrepreneurs in the Semnan province.
