In particular, the evaluation of school administrators' perspectives on the education of the future plays an important role in the planning of school development. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the opinions of school administrators, who play the role of supervisor in the education of the future, on developing strategic planning with the advent of the pandemic. The research is a case study based research. Ten school administrators working in the province of Tekirdağ were selected for the study in accordance with the criteria of working in public schools. The data of the research was obtained through interview questions prepared by the researcher after the relevant literature review. The results obtained were analyzed with the content analysis method. The results were analyzed under three main themes. These themes are: the future of school and education, the benefits of strategic planning and the contribution to schools, and school management and control during the pandemic period. In the research, it was stated that school administrators had problems in terms of planning, management and control during the pandemic process. It has been determined that these problems are due to the fact that they do not have a plan against a possible situation. In this process, it was seen that online platforms and technological competencies came to the fore.
