Within this target, the grading of ground quality and the effect assessment of residential areas were studied in terms of exposed to earthquake. Three-dimensional geographical modeling techniques were used in digital platform and attribute affects to ground quality were encoded in the ratio of their contribution to the outcome by mapping one by one. As a result, through the digital map, models were comparing with the data of the actual area, the influence risk of ground was graded and was spatial elaborated in terms of geographical attributes. For this purpose, based on case study, in the Eskisehir-Turkey region two districts were chosen and in an attempt to examined the regions ground quality, the results of the previous projects are compiled. As a layer, maps of all geographical parameter which were contributed to ground quality had been graded by using modeling techniques and re-mapped by encoding.
