A survey of experts was conducted, to improve the quality of education was determined as the main goal, criteria and alternatives were determined. It has been mathematically proven using the Excel program that mobile technologies improve the quality of education. Abstract

Article considers the evolution of mobile education as an innovative tool for improving the quality of education. Authors analyze the impact of mobile technologies on education and suggest ways to use mobile devices to achieve the goals of the educational system.
