A concept of integrated solution to the problems of managing the technical condition of highly automated vehicles, by developing and implementing adaptive management of individualization of regulations to ensure operational reliability, by means of numerical, informational and simulation modeling is proposed. The structural logical scheme of the stages of the highly automated vehicles life cycle has been developed. Theoretical and methodological bases of formation and management of stability of the system of management of operational reliability of highly automated vehicles, as a part of the polymodel complex of digital twin, within the concept of development of the fourth industrial revolution Industry 4.0 are offered. Abstract
