The reconstruction levy is generally high regardless of regional factors, such as Seocho, Gangnam, and non-Gangnam areas, complex size, and apartment price level. It needs to be rationally improved. In order to reasonably calculate the reconstruction levy, various measures were proposed to ensure objectivity and fairness by matching the calculation standards and market price reflection rate of the housing price at the start and end of the reconstruction, and by calculating through a specialized institution. 改进重建征费计算方法的合理方案研究
