Abstract

This systematic review focuses on examining the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and preventing exacerbations. Despite the pharmacological interventions available, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is not curable. The goal of treatment in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients is more focused on providing relief of symptoms such as dyspnea and shortness of breath.
