Second, the correlation of servant leadership during the period 2019 to 2021 can be related to leader-member exchange, human resource management, customer orientation, innovative service behavior, and proactive personality. Abstract

Organizations are institutions that are formed both formally and non-formally. This cannot be separated from the vision and mission of an organization in achieving goals.
