The results from this analysis provided knowledge about how location-based scheduling is applicable from an industrial perspective. Abstract

The focus in this research was the conversion of a traditional activity-based construction schedule to a location-based schedule. The case investigated was an offshore wind turbine project in the British sector of the North Sea. This exploratory case study used a deductive approach studying the literature. The initial step was a review of the location-based scheduling literature.
