Abstract

The relevance of the sanctions issue, both of the sanctioning country and the country that announced sanctions in the modern world is obvious. In order to protect the national economy, it is necessary to trace and analyze the consequences of the sanctions process, since, as practice has shown, not all sanctions are negative. Life in new economic and financial conditions, with import substitution, revives alternative contours of the new world order.
