Abstract

Compared with previous economic forms, digital economy has characteristics of innovation, virtuality and transboundary. Therefore, in order to better deal with opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation, human resource management should be transformed accordingly in context of digital economy. This paper introduces characteristics of human resources and necessity of transformation under digital economy, and elaborates six change aspects in human resources management, including human resources planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare, and labor relations. Finally, this paper puts forward developing path of human resources transformation under digital economy, that is changing management idea, introducing digital technology, perfecting management means and reinforcing talent development.
数字经济下人力资源的特征及其转型
与以往的经济形态相比,数字经济具有创新性、虚拟性和跨界性等特点。因此,为了更好地应对数字化转型带来的机遇和挑战,在数字经济背景下,人力资源管理需要进行相应的转型。介绍了数字经济下人力资源的特点和转型的必要性,阐述了人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利、劳动关系等人力资源管理变革的六个方面。最后提出了数字经济条件下人力资源转型的发展路径,即转变管理理念、引进数字技术、完善管理手段、加强人才培养。
