This paper introduces characteristics of human resources and necessity of transformation under digital economy, and elaborates six change aspects in human resources management, including human resources planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare, and labor relations. Abstract
Compared with previous economic forms, digital economy has characteristics of innovation, virtuality and transboundary. Therefore, in order to better deal with opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation, human resource management should be transformed accordingly in context of digital economy.
