Abstract

Organizational agility is the firm dynamic capability which allows it to adapt continuously to its changing environment by sensing risks/opportunities and responding adequately. In their agile strategies, companies should be able to assess their agility's level in every stage of the strategy execution by using the most appropriate method. In this work, we propose an original model based on a multi-criteria approach allowing firms to choose, among five selected methods in the literature, the best agility assessment method regarding their internal and external context. Then, we use five examples of companies having different contexts in order to illustrate our model.
