As a methodology, the basics of the system-cybernetic approach to management in education which were developed and modernized by the authors of this scientific study were used earlier. Abstract

The effective functioning of the education sector and the set of educational processes supposes successful achievement of global and local educational goals as a result of the implementation of management actions aimed at changing the state of the relevant objects and processes. The system-cybernetic approach to the implementation of control is based on the synthesis of a hierarchical set of various types of models, including mathematical models. The purpose of this study is to develop and substantiate a methodology for the implementation of the synthesis of the hierarchy of models of educational processes that provide an adequate level of efficiency and success in the implementation of management in the field of education.
