The purpose of this study is to develop and substantiate a methodology for the implementation of the synthesis of the hierarchy of models of educational processes that provide an adequate level of efficiency and success in the implementation of management in the field of education. As a methodology, the basics of the system-cybernetic approach to management in education which were developed and modernized by the authors of this scientific study were used earlier. Abstract
