Abstract

The subject of the text is the use of sound in contemporary art, based on the works of Konrad Smoleński. The reception of his art in the context of the metaphor of the trembling body of the recipient becomes a sign of a counterbalance to the mediated visual experiences inscribed in contemporary culture.
