Primary data was obtained via semistructured interviews of participants from Delhi NCR, India. The results are reflected in the form of superordinate themes that emerged through analyzing the responses of participants. Based on exploratory details, some of the themes related to students’ disengagement were identified as insufficient interpersonal communication, lack of real-time application, dearth of empathy and dubious personal behaviour of teacher. The findings also define the Action Plan for teachers for enhancing student engagement in teaching session.
