THE PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF THE FORMATION OF CULTURAL COMPETENCE IN THE STUDY OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract

The article discusses the key aspects of the formation of skills and abilities necessary for effective communication in a foreign language between the representatives of different cultures. Special attention is paid to the classification of cultures and the corresponding models of communicative and speech behavior among the representatives of these cultures, both in verbal and nonverbal aspects.
