Abstract

.4 novel interactive gesture analysis method as well as its application in the game interface is proposed in this paper. Making full use of dynamic colour model and motion information, the statistic based detection method is adopted to retrieve basic features efficiently. Moreover the high level information of the gesture is obtained from the distribution of the related basic features. At last the distance between the feature group and model is measured using our method. Therefore the meaning of the gesture can be obtained. The experiments show that the method is both efficient and robust for the basic interactive games .
