Once the cause has been identified, start with Lean Manufacturing activities to design steps to improve the production process to make the production process more efficient and flow continuously. Subsequently, automation technology was applied to create an automated, lean manufacturing process. After the improvement from the total production of 24 batches, no production waste problems were found.
