Moreover, the uncertainty impact of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) on the optimal scheduling is considered. The uncertainty of PEVs is modeled by fuzzy set concepts. The uncoordinated PEVs are connected to the network in grid-to-vehicle (G2V) or vehicle-togrid (V2G) operating modes. Tabu Search (TS) algorithm is implemented for optimal scheduling. Abstract
