Our general aim is to deepen the understanding of “practice”: (a) in the work of Barata-Moura; (b) in the work of Marx and Engels, (c) in the theoretical strands that support a historical-critical approach to teacher training in Brazil; (d) in the Doctoral thesis and Master dissertations focused on the notion of practice as a leading concept in teacher training. Abstract
This article discloses the results of an analysis of the concept of practice in DermevalSaviani’s thought, taking Historical-Critical Pedagogy as his central work.
