Digital Competencies as an Element of Professional Statuses of Judges and Court Administrators

Abstract

In this article, digital competencies are considered as a component of the modern professional culture of judicial personnel and an element of their professional status. Digital competencies are a collection of information technology skills, cognitive and socio-behavioral skills necessary for organizing judicial activities in a digital environment. The model of digital competencies developed by the author is considered as the basis for the formation of criteria for the competitive selection of candidates for judges, job regulations for court staff, additional education and retraining programs.
