Evaluation of differentiated impact of apartment building occupants' behavior on energy consumption

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of impact of social factors of the apartment building occupants on energy characteristics of a building. Operating conditions of the building differ from the design conditions, and the behavioral features of the occupants are among indignant factors. The energy audit of the building has been conducted, the behavioral features of occupants have been determined on the basis of a survey, and the influence of occupants on energy characteristics of the building has been studied on the basis of the dynamic simulation model of the building.
