Abstract
Absorber-lined chambers which do not meet the +or-4 dB site acceptability criterion based on normalized site attenuation (NSA) measurements require correction factors for radiated-emission tests. Such correction factors cannot be derived from deviations between measured NSA and standard reference data because the radiation characteristics of actual equipment under test have to be taken into account. The proposed chamber calibration method provides accurate correction factors, which are valid for all typical radiated-emission test situations. These factors allow the chambers to be used for standard radiated-emission tests.<>
