Abstract

АBSTRACT The modern state economic policy of the Russian Federation is aimed at reducing social and economic inequalities and developing regions and territories. An important role in solving this issue is played by state programs and national projects implemented within the framework of the state strategic planning system, one of the elements of which is state programming and project planning. The current research contains a model of today’s system of state programming and project planning, the formation of which is necessary to ensure the national economic system strategic development. The author analyzes a number of indicators stated by the 2018"May decrees" of the President of the Russian Federation, that are aimed at reducing territorial social and economic differences, and defines problems and risks arising in the process of state programs and national projects implementation around the Russian Federation..
