Abstract

Modern electrical engineer must have not only knowledge of professional and fundamental natural sciences, but also the technology of management too. Therefore, it is necessary to have organizational and managerial competencies, the formation of which begins while studying at the university. The purpose of this research is to form a model of organizational and managerial competence of the next generation electrical engineers. To achieve this goal, in article were analyzed the professional standard “Electrical Engineer in the energy sector of the energy supply company”, the National Classifier of Ukraine DK 003: 2010 “Classifier of professions” and the educational curriculums of “Electromechanical automation systems and electric drive”. A model of organizational and managerial competence of electrical engineers was developed.
