Industrial Design Provides the Innovation Practice for Transformation and Development of Fujian Manufacturing

Abstract

Industrial design is the breakthrough of implementing innovation-driven strategy and promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China. Fujian province is accelerating the integration development of industrial design and manufacturing enterprises. The college students design workshops across the Taiwan Strait is a new model of University-Industry Cooperation, which adopt “converging across the Taiwan Strait”, “collecting creativity”, “promoting transformation”, “mixing development” as the core value to carry out the design innovation practice. So it has become a key energy of promoting the transformation and upgrading of Fujian manufacturing enterprises.
