Results: A total of 28 articles, consisting 3 review articles, 17 primary studies, 2 reports, 2 letters, 1 research note, and 3 proceedings, discussed the benefits of maternal and child health handbooks as a health promotion tool for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers. Conclusion: Maternal and child health handbook is a good health promotion tool for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers.
