The i∗ diagrams allow identifying strategic needs for which a MOOC Information System is required in an organization (pedagogical approach), and express them indicating the specific services that the system must provide (technological approach), grouping related services in atomic domains. Abstract

The purpose of the following study is present the MOOC Information System Generic Architecture as a result of the analysis of quality characteristics found in the literature concerning of MOOC, and the application of the Discovering Hybrid ARchitectures by Modelling Actors (DHARMA) method based on the use of i∗.
