Generic Architecture refers to the identification of MOOC system actors, the services that must be covered by each one and the relationships between them. The i∗ diagrams allow identifying strategic needs for which a MOOC Information System is required in an organization (pedagogical approach), and express them indicating the specific services that the system must provide (technological approach), grouping related services in atomic domains.
