The results show that entrepreneurship and policy support have a positive impact on employee loyalty in small and medium-sized enterprises, and employee satisfaction plays an intermediary role in Entrepreneurship and employee loyalty, policy support and employee loyalty. Abstract

COVID-19 has a huge impact on the small and medium-sized enterprises in the whole country, and it also tests the emergency response ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the face of public health emergencies. 新冠肺炎影响下中国中小企业员工忠诚度研究
新冠肺炎疫情对全国中小企业的冲击巨大,也考验着中小企业面对突发公共卫生事件的应急响应能力。本文探讨企业家精神和政策支持对中小企业员工忠诚度的影响及其中介机制。通过对248名中小企业员工进行在线问卷调查,运用SPSS20.0软件对有效问卷数据进行实证研究。结果表明:创业精神和政策支持对中小企业员工忠诚有正向影响,员工满意度在创业精神和员工忠诚、政策支持和员工忠诚之间起中介作用。本文提出的政策对策和建议,必将从创业和政策支持的角度,对提高中小企业员工的忠诚度,降低疫情期间的离职率具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。
