Abstract

Occupational health is a part of public health. Occupational health aims to obtain the highest degree of health, both physically, mentally and socially for the community. Fatigue is usually characterized by reduced willingness to work caused by monotony, intensity, duration of physical work, environmental conditions, mental causes, health status and nutritional status. This study aims to measure the nutritional status and work fatigue of the employees of the Palmerah Sub-district Health Center, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted in August 2021, this research is an analytic observational research type with adesign Cross Sectional. The sample in this study were health workers at the Puskesmas, totaling 53 people who were taken by purposive sampling. The average level of education of health workers at the Palmerah Health Center is D3 as much as 56.6%, withnutritional status overweight 47.2%, and 56.6% high work fatigue. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the nutritional status and work fatigue of Puskesmas employees must still be considered, in order to support their work properly. Routine nutritional status checks and work fatigue need to be carried out so that health workers have excellent health.
