The mechanism of complex mechanization of the choice of technical means of providing is accepted key at technological implementation of con­struction projects. The flexibility of the proposed approach in varying the factors of influence, conventionally represent­ing the energy, resource and other characteristics of mechanization. The efficiency of criterion optimization methods in solving problems under conditions of complete uncertainty is proved. Abstract
