Therefore, a system is needed to collect the real-time data for monitoring the quality of water. This paper aims to develop a real time water quality monitoring system based on IoT application. Three sensors were used as parameters to determine the water quality which are pH, temperature and ultrasonic sensors. LoRa is used as a device to transmit data in long range and the user could monitor the data continuously in real-time. Abstract

Water quality monitoring is one of the application to determine the quality of aquatic systems. Poor water quality will cause health risk to people and ecosystems. Sg Pahang is one of a popular spot for a caged catfish breeder.
