The participants (lecturer, student, and education staff) indicated that the internal quality assurance systems and practices in place in the postgraduate Unesa included areas such as the availability of internal quality assurance policy, teaching and learning processes, curriculum design. It was recommended that postgraduate Unesa should have clear policies and associated quality procedures for the assurance of quality and standards of their programmes is internal quality assurance system and ISO 9001:2015. They should commit themselves explicitly to the development of quality culture and quality awareness by the Law Number (No). 12 of 2012 about implementation internal quality assurance system and external quality assurance system.
