Starting from this idea, the study aims the analysis of the degree of professional satisfaction of pre-university teachers and the ranking of the determining factors of job satisfaction. Abstract
The post-pandemic era brings again to the attention of specialists in human resources the job satisfaction and the professional values of the employees, representing a pressing problem that requires special attention from both psychological and social considerations.
