The purpose of this study is to determine the needs of Corporate University (CorPu) strategies for competency development. The method used is a qualitative method using questionnaires and interviews. Abstract
The need for training in Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is very much needed, especially for millennial ASN’s who are already fluent in the use of technology and familiar with the term of Merdeka Belajar.
