YOUTH IN KAZAKHSTAN SCIENCE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

Based on the analysis of statistical and other relevant data, the constraining factors for the development of the national system for training young scientific personnel are identified. Given the world practices in the field of training scientific personnel, promising areas of development are outlined and measures aimed at attracting young people to science are proposed.
