Missions and evaluation criteria of doctoral studies in Electrical and Information Engineering in the frame of European Higher Education Area

Abstract

The present paper describes the new missions and evaluation criteria that will be used for doctoral studies after harmonization following the Bologna process. A special attention is devoted to the studies in the field of Electrical and Information Engineering on the basis of experience in the direction of such a graduate school in France.
