Abstract
Network is an essential technology for control system during surveillance application. The unmanned surveillance application employed many agents for unmanned service. These agents cover a wide area for security and communicate with a control system. Therefore, the control system is able to check the status of agents and send/receive data by using multiple networks. In addition, it is necessary to provide an interface for mission commands to agents. The interface must facilitate for users to monitor and assign a task required of all agents. In this paper, we propose a design of multiple networks based control system to implement in wide surveillance areas. The proposed system builds as the test bed by connecting with fixed/mobile agents through a number of communication methods, and it is proved usability in a real environment.
