This study is to know the interrelationships of psychological capital, burnout, and quality of work-life.Methods: The proposed research model on interrelationships is verified with a sample of 302 faculty members of arts and science colleges in Kerala. The conceptual framework was framed and hypotheses were constructed.Findings: The results suggest that psychological capital is positively and significantly related to the quality of work-life and is positively related to employees’ burnout. Burnout is positively and significantly related to the quality of work-life.
